Colour:Intense ruby red with violet reflections
Smell:Nose rich in ripe red fruits and jam with delicate floral notes, then leaving space for the elegant and rich tertiary notes of tobacco and toasting determined by the passage in French oak.
Taste: Full-bodied and full sip, with a long memory on the palate. Heat and tannin create the harmony and finesse of a balance in which the alcohol is completed with that smooth and elegant tannin given by the six months of aging in French oak.
Pairings: Perfect synthesis between alcohol, tannin and persistence , gives it that predisposition to perfectly match complex and strongly structured foods, from fatty meats to cheeses, from braised meats to roasts.
