Chianti DOCG 75 cl Banfi
Deep mauve red. On the nose it presents a complex bouquet, with notes of cherry and blackberry as protagonists.
A beautiful structure can be appreciated in the mouth. Young but silky and well integrated tannins. Balanced by good softness.
Long and persistent finish.
It goes perfectly with dishes that are not too elaborate.
VARIETY
Traditional Chianti varieties with a strong predominance of Sangiovese.
TECHNICAL NOTES
Fermentation: at a controlled temperature (25-30°) in steel vats.
Aging: in steel vats and a subsequent short passage in wood
Alcohol: 13%
Suggested serving temperature: 16-18°C.
Contains sulphites.
