Chianti Classico DOCG Banfi 75 cl Banfi
Deep mauve red, with a complex and rich bouquet. Hints of plum and blackberry jam combine on the finish with notes of vanilla, liquorice and leather. In the mouth it is balanced and persistent. Long finish.

TECHNICAL NOTES
Fermentation: at a controlled temperature (25-30 °) in steel vats.
Refinement: in steel vats with subsequent brief passage in wood
Alcohol: 13%
Suggested serving temperature: 16-18°C.
Contains sulfites.
