VARIETY: Petit Rouge (native Aosta Valley vine) 70%, Syrah, Fumin and other native or traditional vines 30%
COLOR: Straw yellow lively.
BOUQUET: Intense and persistent, fruity. Citrus notes can be recognized with hints of golden apple and aromatic herbs.
FLAVOUR: The gustatory impact is full and dry, with good structure, the finish reserves sensations of pleasant flavor and persistence.
PAIRING: Aperitif, soups, vegetable soups, spiced white meats or with aromatic herbs used in the preparation, risottos, medium-structured first courses.
