Smell: Good intensity, pleasantly fruity, then turns to floral sensations and vegetal.
Taste: On the sip the wine is dry where the freshness harmonizes with the fruity and floral sensations. Delicate tannin.
Serving temperature: 16/18C°.
Pairings: Cured meats, soups and local stewed meat recipes.
