Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG 75 cl Santa Tresa
Santa Tresa boasts a long connection with the Cerasuolo di Vittoria. The Cerasuolo di Santa Tresa in 1950 was the first Cerasuolo di Vittoria ever produced and so labeled as such by Cavalier Di Matteo, together with that of Bastonaca.
Grapes: nero d'Avola 60% - of which approximately 15 % slightly wilted on the plant. Frappato 40%.
Harvest: both Nero d'Avola and Frappato grapes are harvested by hand in 15 kg boxes.
Nero d'Avola is harvested towards mid-September, while Frappato towards the end September.
Vol.13.5%.
Contains sulphites.
