ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: Cerasuolo has an extraordinary "recognizability" for a nose that is a cornucopia of red and wild berries : strawberries, mulberry and pomegranate. Alongside the fruit, it is characterized by a pleasant spicy note, almost oriental - and we are in the East - of sandalwood, coriander and Sichuan pepper. In the mouth, the wine reflects the olfactory perceptions and we happily find the black pepper mixing with the carob and sweet black cherries.
