Training system: Guyot, espalier.
Vine density: 5,000 vines per hectare.
Average age of the vines: 20 years.
Harvest period: late September/October.
Fermentation: spontaneous on skins with indigenous yeasts.
Aging: Slavonian barrels and bottle.
