DESCRIPTION
A wine born from the meeting between the best Tuscan tradition of Sangiovese and the international one of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Intense mauve red colour. The sweet and fruity aromas of small fruits are accompanied by notes of vanilla. Elegant wine, in which the fullness and softness of the body are well balanced by good acidity.
Intense and persistent finish.

TECHNICAL NOTES
Fermentation: at controlled temperature (25 -30°) in steel vats.
Aging: short period in 350 l French oak barriques.
Alcohol: 13.5%
Suggested serving temperature: 16-18°C.
