The grapes are delicately destemmed. Maceration takes place at a controlled temperature, for a period of about a week, then racking off.

DESCRIPTION:
SENSORY NOTES
It has a captivating ruby red colour.
The nose offers Floral aromas of red rose, fruity aromas of blackberry and raspberry together with spicy and earthy perceptions. The taste is pleasantly fresh and with an appreciable gustatory balance.
