Castello delle females is produced from pallagrello (50%) and casavecchia (50%) grapes, a balanced red wine, which undergoes a brief stop in second passage barriques.

Organoleptic analysis: the wine has a beautiful dark red colour, with very delicate aromas ranging from floral notes of dog rose and spices (typical of Pallagrello nero) with hints of cherry and black cherry (typical of Casavecchia). The taste is full, rich, a gustatory mirror of the two varieties.
Alcohol content: 13.5%
Pairings: It goes well with meat main courses or spicy ethnic dishes.
Contains sulphites.
