Description
Colour: Intense ruby red.
Aroma: Very fruity wine, very intense with hints of cassis, blackberry and red fruit jam.
Taste: Dry, warm, soft, full-bodied, with good freshness and strong aromatic persistence which amplifies the notes perceived by smell. The texture of soft, well-fused tannins is notable.
Pairings: Ideal wine for medium-fat dishes such as sauces, ragù and grilled meats of medium succulence.
Excellent as a wine for the whole meal.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
Contains sulphites.
