Cadetto Rosso Umbria IGT 75 cl Lungarotti
Type: young red. Grapes: Sangiovese and other local red grape varieties harvested in the second half of September.
Color: ruby red with purple hues.
Aroma: young bouquet, hints of violet and green spices; in the finish, a slight hint of morello cherry and sour cherry.
Taste: delicate, soft and with discreet tannins, it has a medium-lingering aftertaste.
Alcohol: 13.50% Vol.
Pairing: grilled cockerel with herbs, aubergine parmigiana, pizza, pasta with tomato and basil, tortelli with yellow pumpkin and amaretti, Roman-style "saltimbocca" (scaloppina di veal).
Contains sulphites.
