ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: Bordeaux made in Sicily from a selection of the best grapes from the company's vineyards. Powerful red, built on a dense and important tannic texture, balanced by a strong alcohol content. Taste strength centered on a very dense, ripe fruitiness rich in pulp. The flavors are those of blueberry and black cherries in alcohol that mix with leather while the intense aromas of cherries, cocoa, iodine and rosemary gradually emerge.
PAIRING: A bold, decisive and energetic wine to be enjoyed alone or with combinations of equal strength and character and therefore with stews, or game on meats. For a vegetarian alternative, try grilled radicchio with mature cheese or roasted, almost caramelized onions.
