Color: bright purple red with violet notes.
Aroma: green spices, pepper and cinnamon, typical expression of Sangiovese and violet typical of Merlot. It closes with hints of fresh fruit.
Taste: medium body and pleasant freshness, it has a long and soft structure; expresses immediate fragrance of the fruit with pleasant floral hints; harmonious and balanced tannins, soft and persistent finish.
Alcohol: 12.50% Vol.
Pairing: rigatone with cheese and pepper, rabbit hunter style, roasted pork ham, terrines, pizzas and stuffed focaccias.
