Boca Adele DOC 75 cl Carlone Davide
Boca is a DOC wine that is produced solely in the province of Novara, more precisely in the municipal areas of Grignasco, Maggiora, Cavallirio, Prato Sesia and, naturally, Boca; for a total of just 700 hectares of vineyards.
Here the vines have their roots in a rocky and harsh soil of volcanic origin, which has been able to give its grapes that saline richness that makes Boca a particular, unique wine. After aging for three years, of which at least two in oak or chestnut barrels, the wine is bottled and refined for a further few months.
