Grape varieties: 100% Nebbiolo
Colour: Intense ruby red with slightly purple reflections.
Nose: Large, intense and complex bouquet, where the youthful soul that originates from the maceration of the whole grape is blends with the complexity of tertiary aromas: rose, violet, raspberry alternate with liquorice, spices, tobacco.
Palate: Broad, with thick but still vibrant tannins, elegant, long finish with rich personality.
Temperature serving time: 16 - 17 °C.
Alcohol: 14.50%
Food: It goes well with game, roasts, mature cheeses. Also appreciated for after dinner.
Contains sulphites.
Bottle in wooden case.
