Colour: Intense ruby red with light garnet reflections.
Nose: Large, varied bouquet, with small fruits alternating with liquorice and spices and blending with violet typical of the Nebbiolo grape.
Palate: Broad, persistent, in which the superb mouthfeel and tannic density leave room for freshness and elegance, promising a long evolution in the bottle.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18 °C
Alcohol: 14.50%
Food: It goes well with game, roasts, mature cheeses. Also appreciated for after dinner.
Contains sulphites.
