VINEYARDS: From the vineyards owned by our family in Serralunga d'Alba (Colombaro) and in Monforte d'Alba (Mosconi) in the Barolo area, in Treiso (Bongiovanni) in the of Barbaresco, in Sinio (Val di Croce and Bricco dello Stornello) and in Diano d'Alba (Carzello). VINIFICATION: In steel. Maceration on the skins for approximately 20-25 days.
AGEING: In French oak barrels for 12 months and in barriques for a small part.
NOTE: The Barbera grapes coming from the Barolo and Barbaresco area give our Barbera exclusive characteristics of full structure, fleshiness, complexity, softness, hints of very ripe fruit, spices and a long life.
Contains sulphites.
