Nose: Large, intense and complex bouquet with hints of blackberry, liquorice, violet flower, tobacco, spices, dried roses .
The Nebbiolo grape is easily recognisable.
Palate: Complex, with an important but always elegant structure, with silky tannins and a long finish.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18 °C
Alcohol: 14.50%
Food: It goes well with game, roasts, mature cheeses, dishes based on white truffles. Also appreciated for after dinner.
Contains sulphites.
