Aska Bolgheri DOC 75 cl Banfi
DESCRIPTION
Wine born from Banfi's adventure in the Bolgheri area. Intense and complex aroma, characterized by hints of blueberry and fruit jam followed by notes of tobacco and cocoa. In the mouth it is soft, with sweet and elegant tannins.
A long and persistent finish on the palate. Wine with good aging potential.
VARIETY
Prevalence of Cabernet Sauvignon, with smaller percentages of Cabernet Franc.
TECHNICAL NOTES
Fermentation: at temperature controlled (25-28°) in steel vats.
Aging: in 225 and 350 l French oak barriques. for approximately 10 months
Alcohol: 14%
Suggested serving temperature: 16-18°C.
Contains sulphites.
