Anima Solis red IGT Sicilian lands 75 cl Fazio

Harmonious, elegant, enveloping. A great blend obtained from native and international varieties that stands out for the texture of the tannins, pleasant on the palate for their olfactory taste and softness and elegance. The grapes, harvested at the right degree of ripeness, dry in the fruit cellar for about 25/30 days,
subsequently they are destemmed and vinified in red with traditional punching down to obtain the maximum extraction from the skins.
The accurate e'levage in second and third passage French barriques, for about 12 months, allows the wine to obtain roundness and structure.
Anima Solis Rosso by Casa Vinicola Fazio is characterized by a bouquet of small ripe red fruits,
cherry and undergrowth jam, black cherry and spices, then enriched by the pleasant presence of secondary aromas.
A deep red, yet fresh in the fruit, recognizable and sunny.
