Amarone della Valpolicella Valpantena DOCG 75 cl Bertani
Intense ruby color offers the nose great aromatic richness, with fruity notes of cherries and blackberries,
and spicy notes of cinnamon and pepper. Enveloping, soft and creamy mouth, with a persistent and intense finish,
with dense and fleshy tannins.

Production area: Valpantena Marl-limestone soils on the east side of the valley and clay-limestone soils on the west side
Training system: Guyot and pergolas

Average age of the vines: 15 - 20 years
Production method: Drying in the fruit rooms of the Grezzana winery.
Fermentation with long maceration on the skins to extract the fruity notes.
Maturation of the wine: In 30, 54 and 75 hectoliter barrels for 24 months
Aging in the bottle: 6 months
Analytical data: Alcohol 15.5% - Total acidity 5.5 g/l - pH 3.5.
Contains sulphites.
