Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 75 cl Bertani Wooden Box
Wine with identity, personality, in which elegance always prevails over power. Complex, balanced and harmonious, with extraordinary longevity. Intense red color, with garnet shades. The typical notes of plum, cherry and morello cherry stand out on the nose, followed by tea leaf, licorice and spices. On the palate, hints of red berry fruit, sweetened by soft notes of spices, in perfect balance with acidity and tannin.

Production method: In traditional fruit cellar without any forcing in terms of temperature and humidity control. Set aside on the areles for 120 days. Pressing in the first days of January.
Maturation of the wine: In 50 - 100 hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels for 7 years
Bottle refinement: At least 1 year
Analytical data: Alcohol 15% - Total acidity 6.0 g /l - pH 3.41.
