A Zita cu Zitu DOC Sicilia Organic Nero d'Avola 75 cl Luna Sicana
Nero d'Avola in purity, pleasant and balanced red wine with an intense ruby color, with a scent of red berries and cherries, with a full taste with flavors of vanilla, spices and licorice.
PRE VINIFICATION. The grapes rest for about a week placed in boxes in the fruit cellar.
VINIFICATION. In red, with grape's own yeasts, without fermentation additives, 1 month of maceration with the skins and racking.
AGING. Passage in steel tanks for 4 months. Subsequent 10 months in medium-toasted French oak barrels, passage in steel tanks for another 4 months and then rest in the bottle.
