Brontese Pesto 70% 190 gr Bacco
All the flavor of Etna in a 190 g jar.
Pistachio shelled and then processed with the addition of salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil (in the 70% format).
Ideal for preparing bruschetta and as a condiment for meat-based second courses, it goes naturally with pasta, preferably seasoning it at the end of cooking with a sprinkling of chopped pistachios.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume it within a week.
