The native Sicilian timilia wheat from organic cultivation is used, stone-milled and with a strong, intense and decisive taste, perfect for any recipe, from the simplest to the most elaborate.
I recommend the penne di tumminia with a tomato sauce and basil and ricotta salata.
Bronze drawn pasta and slowly dried at low temperature (38°- 40°).
