Obtained from Zibibbo grapes, harvested at the end of September, carefully chosen and dried on the vine. A short refinement in oak barrels allows a perfect balance between sweetness and alcohol. An aromatic, elegant and enveloping wine, persistent, with intense aromas and fruity notes of candied peel and raisins.

To be served chilled (8°/10°), combining it with all types of desserts: baked desserts, based on ricotta, dry desserts and based on almonds. Excellent to accompany dark chocolate.
Alcohol content: 16% Vol.
