Apricot sensations, honeyed, intense, very long, very persistent, very “tight”.
SUGGESTIONS
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
PAIRINGS
Perfect for after a meal, accompanied by dry Calabrian biscuits with almonds and honey. Also interestingly used as an ingredient in many risottos, cocktails and ice creams. “DRINKED FRESH WITH A LOT OF JOY”.
