BOUQUET: Very intense and persistent aromas, aromatic, broad, floral and fruity, fine. You can recognize acacia, thyme, sage, dried violet, yellow peach, sweet almond, honey.
TASTE: Sweet, warm and soft, full, round; full-bodied wine with an intense and persistent taste. Final sensations: sweet almonds and honey.
PAIRING: Desserts, especially tiles. Foie gras, spicy and blue cheeses.
Serving temperature: 12/14 °C.
