Bread made from wholemeal flour with broadleaf bran.
Wholemeal soft wheat flour 62.4%, water, mother yeast (wheat) 15.0%, vegetable oils (olive, sunflower, rapeseed), salt , yeast, malted wheat flour, wheat gluten.
Treated with ethyl alcohol on the surface.
May contain traces of: soy.
To best preserve the bread, we recommend closing it in the packaging and storing it in a cool, dry place.
WITHOUT:
Palm oil, coloring additives, preservative additives, hydrogenated fats, GMO ingredients.
