Our single-variety tumminia wholemeal semolina pasta is a high quality artisan product, made with selected raw materials and processed with traditional methods to guarantee its genuineness and the typical taste of the region. The native Sicilian timilia wheat from organic cultivation is used, stone-milled and with a strong, intense and decisive taste, perfect for any recipe, from the simplest to the most elaborate.
I recommend the tumminia quadrucci in broth with plenty of cheese grated.
Pasta extruded through bronze and dried slowly at low temperature (38°- 40°).
