Grapes: Wild Moscatello from late harvest.
Organoleptic notes: Straw reflections and delicate golden nuances in the chalice. Candied orange, chamomile, rennet apples and cotton candy spread on an aromatic herbaceous carpet. Citrus fruits and delicate orange blossom return to the taste. The fruity trail in the finish is rich and fresh.
Gastronomic pairings: Sospiri with lemon, pastries made with almond paste, fruit tarts, boconotti, sweetened taralli, semi-mature cheese matured in fruit, gorgonzola.
