Sulla Honey is ideal for accompanying a rich and energetic breakfast, spread on slices of bread with butter, to be used in the preparation of cakes and tarts and in combination with cheeses. Sulla Casa Montalbano's Sicilian Honey is a particularly fine Italian product, obtained from the plant of the same name which is characterized by large red flowers, and is typical of central and southern Italy. Produced by bees obtained through different processing phases, elimination of the wax layer by uncapping; extraction from the cells and subsequent purification from the thinnest layers of wax and any impurities. Finally, for a period of time that depends on the viscosity and temperature of the honey, it is decanted to move on to the final phase of putting it into jars.
