A thousand-year-old tradition that ensures the bees small shelters, the hives, scattered throughout the our estate, where the colonies produce the nectar that gives rise to a delicate variety of wildflowers. Produced from the nectar of different species of flowers, wildflower honey is a multi-floral honey. It has a sweet and pleasant taste, it can be white or reddish in color, full of shades that vary depending on the season and the production area.
Millefiori is an excellent table honey particularly suitable for the preparation of home-made desserts but also in combination with mature or semi-spicy cheeses.
