Orange blossom honey 250 gr Scyavuru
The honey distributed by Scyavuru is produced by bees and is obtained through various processing stages: elimination of the wax layer by uncapping, extraction from the cells and subsequent purification of the thinnest layers of wax and any impurities. Finally, for a period of time which depends on the viscosity and temperature of the honey, it is decanted to move on to the final phase of placing into jars.
Use: To accompany a rich and energetic breakfast spread on slices of bread with butter, to be used in the preparation of cakes and tarts and in combination with the cheeses.
