Sulla honey, emblem of our island, which brings in its intense taste the beauty and strength of those purple flowers that color the countryside at the end of April. To this stimulating starting structure we have added vanilla, which gives softness and that touch of the exotic. Then, after this step towards delicacy, we change our policy and add cocoa and coffee. The result is a flavored honey capable of being a dessert without the need for a shoulder. At breakfast, it transforms a crouton of bread into a complete food that strongly recalls the presence of an excellent cappuccino. It is also capable of becoming an amazing dinner finale if combined with a goat cheese, whose salty character it tames, enhances the milky part, dragging towards a finish of the mouth with an exhilarating length. Any cheese, from long-aged ones to blue ones, bends and collaborates, to produce an infinite dance in which one step is savory and the other sweet, with the roasting and the aromas of coffee dictating the rhythm.
