Acacia honey is one of the varieties of honey most appreciated by lovers of the delicate and slightly floral taste.
Extracted from the inflorescences of the acacia tree, this honey has a light color and a fluid consistency, which makes it perfect for accompanying breakfast or for sweetening hot drinks such as tea or milk.
Precious honey . It is considered a natural energizer and an excellent tonic with high digestibility, it also contains proteins, vitamins, mineral salts and amino acids. In Italy it is produced mainly in the pre-Alpine area.
It is the honey favored by children due to its delicate and not very persistent taste. Excellent on slices of bread with raw ham or in combination with dried fruit such as almonds, walnuts, pistachios or hazelnuts.
