An authentic Marsala, with a bright golden yellow color and a lively and warm shade of ancient gold. Sweet and gentle vanilla herbaceous notes that recall hay. Evident fruity and citrus notes, of dried and preserved fruit, from dried figs to toasted walnuts and almonds, to orange peel, with a mineral and saline finish.
The taste is full, dry, warm and soft with a perfect correspondence of the scented sensations to the sense of smell, great freshness and almost salty flavour.
