Orange and cinnamon jam 160 gr 33 30
Sicily declined in two classic ingredients, almost a cultural icon that takes you back to the very rich Arab presence. The tarocco orange, harvested in January before it acquires the typical red pigmentation, meets cinnamon, a spice adopted from Sicilian cuisine and used in dozens of typical preparations of our island.
