It is born from the skilful combination of continuous and discontinuous distillates and from double ageing, first in barrique and then in oak barrels.
COLOUR: Characterized by a beautiful bright antique gold-copper colour.
SMELL: On the nose, hints of tropical fruit, such as papaya and pineapple, mix with vanilla, cinnamon and cloves. Vanilla and crunchy notes combine with baked caramelized pear in a mix of elegant aromas.
TASTE: Round, complex and enveloping with hints of sweet spices, such as vanilla and cinnamon, with strong notes of clove. Persistent finish.
