Limoncello Lemon liqueur from Syracuse IGP 1 lt Mangano

Limoncello Siracusa PGI Lemon Liqueur.
Sweet liqueur obtained by immersing the peels of “Syracuse PGI Lemons” in pure alcohol.
Excellent for at the end of a meal, excellent on fruit salad and in long drinks.

Ideal served chilled or at room temperature in chilled glasses.

Does not like being served hot.
INGREDIENTS: Water, Sugar, Alcohol, Infusion of “Lemons of Syracuse PGI” peels (minimum 1500 g of “Lemons of Syracuse IGP” per liter of infusion), natural lemon flavour.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 2°/ 4° C;
CAPACITY: 50 cl / 20 cl / 10 cl / 100 cl;
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 30% Vol.
APPEARANCE: Liquid, cloudy, homogeneous.
COLOR: Variable: light yellow with bright reflections – bright yellow with intense green reflections.
SMELL: Rich, strong with fresh evident notes of lemon.
TASTE: Intense, balanced and with excellent lemon freshness.
