The best strawberries from Etna, coming from Maletto. And the Bourbon vanilla pods, ineluctably grown in Madagascar. The two ingredients blend in a jam that is dominated by fruit, softened by vanilla notes that compose a gustatory panorama which, for those who have the taste of Fiordifragola among their childhood experiences, can have a moving evocative power.
