Extra strawberry and vanilla berry jam 160 g 33 30
The best strawberries from Etna, coming from Maletto. And the Bourbon vanilla pods, ineluctably grown in Madagascar. The two ingredients blend in a jam that is dominated by fruit, softened by vanilla notes that compose a gustatory panorama which, for those who have the taste of Fiordifragola among their childhood experiences, can have a moving evocative power. Voted for the simplicity of a tasty breakfast, it gives much more if you ask it to enrich the taste of fresh goat cheese, yoghurt or even ice cream in which vanilla acts as a trait d'union. The combination with fatty cured meats amazes for the composition of contrasting gustatory inputs in a complex but simply enjoyable experience.
