We cut the apricots only in half to have beautiful pieces of fruit that release all the flavor with the addition of sugar and cinnamon powder.
Apricot jam and cinnamon is ideal for breakfast to spread on rusks or toast, or for the preparation of delicious cutting boards by combining it with aged cheeses.
