Cola apples are little known outside the Etna area. Small and crunchy, they maintain a nice consistency in processing and are combined with the best Piedmontese Vermouth. The passage in the mouth is a procession of flavors, opened by the apples and closed by the beautiful botanical notes of the vermouth. With our product we anticipated the comeback of this liqueur, popular in the 70s and now in vogue again, with all due credit to its best achievements. If used to make a strudel or a tart, you will get a result with something extra.
