Cucunci Caper fruit in Apple Vinegar 230 gr Campisi
The caper flower is a flower formed by four green sepals and four white (or pinkish white) petals, with many purplish-red stamens in the center.
Its fruit, called cucuncio, it is a green capsule which, once it reaches maturity, splits, letting out the seeds. In the culinary tradition, the caper fruit is preserved in oil, salt or vinegar. Much appreciated in international cuisine, thanks to its particularly characteristic shape it is ideal enjoyed as an aperitif and finger food appetizer.
Excellent also for filling canapés, flavoring salads and decorating meat and fish dishes.
