with almost no bones, comparable to sea bass.
Its meat is white, lean and very tasty. It can be cooked whole in the oven,
in salt, stuffed, grilled or in court-bouillon.
Storage: 5 years from date of production.
Keep in a cool, dry place.
After opening, store in the fridge at +2/4° C.
