Bluefin tuna has always been considered in the world as a highly prized food.
A rare fish that is characterized by its intense flavor and dark red colour.
It is processed exclusively in Sicily according to the ancient process of cooking in a pot in water and Trapani sea salt (Slowfood Presidium).
This is how “Mattina” excellence was born.

Storage: 5 years from the date of production. Keep in a cool, dry place.
After opening, store in the fridge at +2/4° C and consume within 3 days.
