Extra Anchovy Fillets with Chilli Airtight Jar 340 gr Campisi
This delicious blue fish par excellence meets the harmony of olive oil to create tender anchovy fillets. A Campisi specialty.
The anchovies are fished and matured for no less than 5/6 months, then cleaned, filleted and potted by hand with order and accuracy according to the ancient Sicilian tradition and then covered with delicate olive oil.
Campisi extra anchovies are excellent eaten alone or as a sauce for pasta and salads. Excellent as an aperitif with bread or on pizzas and focaccias.
Available in airtight jars of 100 gr, 200 gr, 340 gr. The 200 and 340g jars are also available with chilli.
