Caponata 2 Siciliana 280 gr Don Vito
The Sicilian Caponata 2, typical of western Sicilian cuisine, differs from Caponata 1, both in terms of its territorial origin and in a greater number of ingredients.
The addition of peppers, carrots, pine nuts and sultanas gives a richer flavour. Ideal as an appetizer, it is excellent for filling croutons, enriching a nice plate of cheeses and accompanying meat or fish dishes as a side dish!

Fresh peppers,
Tomato pulp, Carrots, Celery, Sultanas, Pine nuts, Capers, Onion, Wine vinegar, Sugar, Sunflower seed oil, Extra virgin olive oil.
